This policy applies to the Manufacturing Cost Analysis (“MCA”) and any add-ons purchased on integralproductservices.com.
Before work begins: full refund
Work begins on the date we email you to confirm that your intake (product details and files) is complete (the “Start Date”). If you cancel before the Start Date, you receive a full refund. If we decline your product before the Start Date, you also receive a full refund.
After work begins: no refund
Once work has begun, we have prepared your design and sent it to manufacturers for quoting, so the MCA fee is non-refundable, including if you change your mind. This also applies after your report is delivered. The fee can still be credited toward an IPS launch package signed within 90 days after we deliver your report, as described in our MCA Service Terms.
If no manufacturer will quote your product: full refund
If, after work begins, we are unable to obtain a quote from any manufacturer for your product, we will refund your fee in full.
Printed copies
If you ordered a printed copy, you can cancel it for a full refund of the add-on price until it is sent to print. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it.
How to request a refund
Email info@integralproductservices.com or call (813) 413-1863 with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
Questions or disputes
If something isn’t right, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will work with you to resolve it.
